The 2018 Farm Bill (the same federal law which legalized CBD) is clear that all products, which are Hemp-derived, are legal under federal law so long that the Delta 9-THC content is <0.3%. While our products are 90-95% Delta 8-THC, they never contain ≥0.3% Delta 9-THC.
